Become an Executive & Professional Development Coach
We are seeking highly experienced and mission-aligned senior-level professionals to join our team as Executive and Professional Coaches.
Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in leadership development and a passion for guiding individuals and organizations through transformational growth.
Candidates should demonstrate the following:

Extensive experience facilitating both individuals and large groups through structured coaching programs and leadership development sessions.

Ability to assess personality traits, behavioral tendencies, leadership styles, and competency gaps using validated coaching tools and methodologies.

Strong capability in building, maintaining, and managing professional client relationships with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

An entrepreneurial mindset that supports innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement aligned with Ascension Strategies' Own Your Evolution™ philosophy.

Formal training, certification, or substantial experience in coaching methodology—preferably aligned with ICF-recognized standards or comparable accreditation.

A minimum of 8–15 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, adult learning, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of influencing positive change.

Become a Consultant
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated senior-level leaders to provide business and government consulting services to our clients.
Ideal candidates will have:

Experience assessing business objectives, operational challenges, and organizational growth opportunities.
-
Strong ability to conduct operational, financial, and strategic assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Proven success facilitating strategic planning sessions, leadership workshops, board engagements, and stakeholder consultations.

Expertise in developing actionable strategic plans, reimagining business models, and strengthening organizational capacity for sustainable growth.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive teams to define KPIs, establish performance frameworks, and enhance communication and collaboration across organizations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills grounded in critical thinking and best-practice methodologies.

Experience supporting business model restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transition or change management initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders and boards.

An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and supporting clients through transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Public Policy, Organizational Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 8+ years in business consulting, strategic planning, government service, or related fields.

Project Management certification, Six Sigma Greenbelt, or equivalent experience (preferred).

A registered business entity in their state of residence (contractor requirement).

Willingness to travel up to 30%; consulting may be delivered virtually or in person.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to client needs, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
